Yes  you can walk in and pay at the door, however we can not guarantee how long the line up and wait time might be. When you walk in you may be asked to join a another group if  you are a group of 4 or less.

There are several advantages to booking online.

• It’s like a “fast pass”. As long as you arrive within the half hour window you’ve chosen, you will be moved to the front of the line.
• Your booking will remain private. Groups of 4 or less who walk in may be required to join another small group. By booking online you will never be asked to play with another group even if you are a group of 2 players.

This interactive experience is intended to scare adults. While there is no gore, between the jump scares and spooky atmosphere we would not reccomend this experience for kids age 7  & under. Kids 12 years old and under require an adult participant (19+) to accompany them. We will allow kids of all ages to enter the haunted experience with an adult 19+ however refunds will not be provided if it is too scary and players need to leave part way through the game.

When you make a booking online you are reserving a time slot, and each time slot holds up to 8 players. So as long as your party (including the additional players) do not exceed 8 players, you can show up to your booking with extra players. Those additional players will be charged at the front desk prior to the game.

There will not be any refunds for this special event.

If you have booked online but missed your reservation time you will need to wait in the “walk in” line up before playing but your tickets will still be accepted.
